The Hackney Wick flea market in post-industrial Hackney Wick, East London a couple of weeks ago was good fun. I went along, checked out the sights, had a very tasty home-made brownie and played an enjoyable hour and a half of some mellower dubstep (being under strict orders to play no wobblers!). I’ve just scanned a bio section on Karim from an old Tinrib cd and added it to the page for my Kariminology mix. Check it out!
I’ll be playing dubstep next weekend at the Hackney Wick fleamarket, which is being organized by my friend Eric, the Vinyl Pimp. I’m under strict orders to play no wobblers, so expect a full range of summery tunes from Joker, Martyn, Kode9, and many more. I’m not sure when I’ll be playing yet, but probably sometime in the afternoon.
If you are in the area it should be a lot of fun, so I’d suggest swinging by!
